This will serve as a practical example of how innovation can be adapted to extreme environments., The discussion will also examine the Nepalese context, highlighting the working conditions of guides and porters, as well as the social and cultural dynamics of mountain tourism. Particular attention will be given to unequal exposure to risk and the broader implications for safety and sustainability in high-altitude regions., Speaker Bio , Paolo Rodi Is a medical doctor with a background in trauma and emergency surgery, currently working in Switzerland. As Global Sourcing Manager for Adjuncts EMEA at Anheuser-Busch InBev, he steers the sourcing strategy behind iconic names such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, and Leffe, negotiating with suppliers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from his base in Zug as part of the company’s Global Procurement Office. His journey spans three continents.
