  Chairman of the Board and Head of Legal for Oracle Switzerland\, he orche

 ier cloud and AI providers.\n\nA graduate of the University of St. Gallen 
 (HSG)\, Madani combines deep legal expertise with high-level business mana
 gement. He is a recognized authority on IT Governance\, Digital Transforma
 tion\, and Data Privacy\, consistently featured in the Legal 500 GC Powerl
 ist as one of Switzerland's most influential in-house counsels.\n\nBeyond
