Rotaract Club Zurich International is delighted to welcome Karim Mustaghni for an interactive keynote on Exponential Thinking in the Age of AI. Most leaders are wired to think linearly, using the past to predict what comes next. But when technology, markets, and expectations change exponentially, the past stops being a reliable guide. What is needed instead is the willingness to imagine, question, experiment, and adapt. Karim will take us through the building blocks of exponential thinking and make the case that curiosity may be the single most important skill for navigating an exponential world. He combines the uniquely human strengths of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration with what he calls Human-AI Thinking: using AI as a thinking partner rather than a thinking replacement. Expect a session on how to meet change and uncertainty and turn both into a source of innovation. Come with questions. Speaker Bio Karim Mustaghni is a founder, lecturer, and speaker who helps leaders and teams develop Exponential Thinking in the age of AI, enabling them to anticipate disruption, adapt faster, and turn emerging technologies into new opportunities. He lectures at the EBS Executive School and has delivered more than 250 keynotes and interactive executive sessions worldwide. The former community director at Sigma Squared Society has been recognised as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader. General Info The event takes place at Blaue Ente, in the Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen at Seefeldstrasse 223. We meet at 19:00. The keynote starts at 19:15, followed by dinner. The main course with a soft drink costs around CHF 50.
