We warmly invite you to an inspiring evening hosted by Rotaract Club Zurich International, where we are delighted to welcome our guest of honour, Roberto Bilton. Drawing from his experience at the world’s largest brewer, our speaker will share his perspectives on global sourcing and the craft of negotiation, exploring how Anheuser-Busch InBev secures the ingredients behind some of the world’s most beloved beers, and what it takes to strike deals that span continents, currencies, and cultures. 

 Speaker Bio

Roberto Bilton is a dynamic sourcing and procurement leader based in Switzerland. As Global Sourcing Manager for Adjuncts EMEA at Anheuser-Busch InBev, he steers the sourcing strategy behind iconic names such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, and Leffe, negotiating with suppliers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from his base in Zug as part of the company’s Global Procurement Office. His journey spans three continents. Beginning his career in management consulting in São Paulo, he went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer at CarBraxx, part of Grupo SHC, and to lead projects at the Fundação Lemann, one of Brazil’s most respected foundations, before pursuing a full-time STEM MBA in Management Science at the prestigious University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he was honoured with the Darden School Foundation Scholarship. He also holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper. A former competitive athlete, Roberto channels the drive to set new records into every negotiation, pairing sharp strategic instinct with a relentless focus on results.

General Info

The event will take place at Blaue Ente, located at Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, Seefeldstrasse 223. We will meet at 7:00 PM, and the presentation will start at 7:15PM (30 minutes) followed by dinner. The cost for the main course and a soft drink will be CHF 45–50, depending on the selected menu.
