  guest of honour\, Roberto Bilton.\n\nDrawing from his experience at the w
 orld’s largest brewer\, our speaker will share his perspectives on globa
 l sourcing and the craft of negotiation\, exploring how Anheuser-Busch InB
 ev secures the ingredients behind some of the world’s most beloved beers
 \, and what it takes to strike deals that span continents\, currencies\, a
 nd cultures.  Speaker Bio\n\nRoberto Bilton is a dynamic sourcing and pr
 ocurement leader based in Switzerland. As Global Sourcing Manager for Adju
 ncts EMEA at Anheuser-Busch InBev\, he steers the sourcing strategy behind
  iconic names such as Budweiser\, Corona\, Stella Artois\, and Leffe\, neg
 otiating with suppliers across Europe\, the Middle East\, and Africa from 
 his base in Zug as part of the company’s Global Procurement Office.\n\nH
 is journey spans three continents. Beginning his career in management cons
 ulting in São Paulo\, he went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer at C
 arBraxx\, part of Grupo SHC\, and to lead projects at the Fundação Leman
 n\, one of Brazil’s most respected foundations\, before pursuing a full-
 time STEM MBA in Management Science at the prestigious University of Virgi
 nia Darden School of Business\, where he was honoured with the Darden Scho
 ol Foundation Scholarship. He also holds a degree in Business Administrati
 on from Insper. A former competitive athlete\, Roberto channels the drive 
 to set new records into every negotiation\, pairing sharp strategic instin
 ct with a relentless focus on results.\n\nGeneral Info\n\nThe event will t
 ake place at Blaue Ente\, located at Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen\, Se
 efeldstrasse 223. We will meet at 7:00 PM\, and the presentation will star
 t at 7:15PM (30 minutes) followed by dinner.\n\nThe cost for the main cour
 se and a soft drink will be CHF 45–50\, depending on the selected menu.\
