  our guest of honour\, Roberto Bilton.\n\nDrawing from his experience at t
 he world’s largest brewer\, our speaker will share his perspectives on g
 lobal sourcing and the craft of negotiation\, exploring how Anheuser-Busch
  InBev secures the ingredients behind some of the world’s most beloved b
 eers\, and what it takes to strike deals that span continents\, currencies
 \, and cultures.  Speaker Bio\n\nRoberto Bilton is a dynamic sourcing an
 d procurement leader based in Switzerland. As Global Sourcing Manager for 
 Adjuncts EMEA at Anheuser-Busch InBev\, he steers the sourcing strategy be
 hind iconic names such as Budweiser\, Corona\, Stella Artois\, and Leffe\,
  negotiating with suppliers across Europe\, the Middle East\, and Africa f
 rom his base in Zug as part of the company’s Global Procurement Office.\
 n\nHis journey spans three continents. Beginning his career in management 
 consulting in São Paulo\, he went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer 
 at CarBraxx\, part of Grupo SHC\, and to lead projects at the Fundação L
 emann\, one of Brazil’s most respected foundations\, before pursuing a f
 ull-time STEM MBA in Management Science at the prestigious University of V
 irginia Darden School of Business\, where he was honoured with the Darden 
 School Foundation Scholarship. He also holds a degree in Business Administ
 ration from Insper. A former competitive athlete\, Roberto channels the dr
 ive to set new records into every negotiation\, pairing sharp strategic in
 stinct with a relentless focus on results.\n\nGeneral Info\n\nThe event wi
 ll take place at Blaue Ente\, located at Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen\
 , Seefeldstrasse 223. We will meet at 7:00 PM\, and the presentation will 
 start at 7:15PM (30 minutes) followed by dinner.\n\nThe cost for the main 
 course and a soft drink will be CHF 45–50\, depending on the selected me
