 elcome our guest of honour\, Roberto Bilton.\n\nDrawing from his experienc
 e at the world’s largest brewer\, our speaker will share his perspective
 s on global sourcing and the craft of negotiation\, exploring how Anheuser
 -Busch InBev secures the ingredients behind some of the world’s most bel
 oved beers\, and what it takes to strike deals that span continents\, curr
 encies\, and cultures.  Speaker Bio\n\nRoberto Bilton is a dynamic sourc
 ing and procurement leader based in Switzerland. As Global Sourcing Manage
 r for Adjuncts EMEA at Anheuser-Busch InBev\, he steers the sourcing strat
 egy behind iconic names such as Budweiser\, Corona\, Stella Artois\, and L
 effe\, negotiating with suppliers across Europe\, the Middle East\, and Af
 rica from his base in Zug as part of the company’s Global Procurement Of
 fice.\n\nHis journey spans three continents. Beginning his career in manag
 ement consulting in São Paulo\, he went on to serve as Chief Operating Of
 ficer at CarBraxx\, part of Grupo SHC\, and to lead projects at the Funda
 ção Lemann\, one of Brazil’s most respected foundations\, before pursu
 ing a full-time STEM MBA in Management Science at the prestigious Universi
 ty of Virginia Darden School of Business\, where he was honoured with the 
 Darden School Foundation Scholarship. He also holds a degree in Business A
 dministration from Insper. A former competitive athlete\, Roberto channels
  the drive to set new records into every negotiation\, pairing sharp strat
 egic instinct with a relentless focus on results.\n\nGeneral Info\n\nThe e
 vent will take place at Blaue Ente\, located at Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenb
 runnen\, Seefeldstrasse 223. We will meet at 7:00 PM\, and the presentatio
 n will start at 7:15PM (30 minutes) followed by dinner.\n\nThe cost for th
 e main course and a soft drink will be CHF 45–50\, depending on the sele
